מדיניות פרטיות: ברכון לשעון

מדיניות זו חלה על האפליקציה "ברכון לשעון" לשעוני Wear OS ולשעוני Apple Watch. שם האפליקציה באנגלית: Birkon Watch, ומזהה החבילה שלה: com.noam.birkon.

בקצרה

ברכון לשעון לא אוסף, לא שומר אצלנו ולא משתף שום מידע אישי. האפליקציה עובדת כולה על השעון ואין לה גישה לאינטרנט.

איזה מידע נאסף

אף מידע. באפליקציה אין חשבון משתמש, אין פרסומות, אין כלי ניתוח או מעקב, ואין דיווח קריסות לשרת. לאפליקציה אין הרשאת אינטרנט, ולכן היא לא יכולה לשלוח מידע מהשעון לשום מקום.

הרשאות

• WAKE_LOCK (שמירה על המסך דלוק): כדי שהמסך לא ייכבה באמצע הקריאה ולתמיכה בתצוגה תמידית. המסך חוזר להתנהגות הרגילה אחרי 10 דקות בלי שום פעולה.
• האפליקציה לא מבקשת הרשאת מיקום. הגדרת המיקום (ארץ ישראל, ירושלים, חו״ל או אוטומטי) נבחרת ידנית, או מחושבת על השעון לפי אזור הזמן שלו, כדי לחשב את התאריך העברי ואת שעת השקיעה.

מה נשמר על השעון

ההגדרות שבחרתם (נוסח, מיקום, גופן, גודל טקסט ומהירות הגלילה האוטומטית האחרונה) נשמרות על השעון בלבד, כדי שיישארו גם בפעם הבאה. אם הפעלתם גיבוי של המכשיר לחשבון Google או iCloud שלכם, מערכת ההפעלה עשויה לכלול את ההגדרות האלה בגיבוי האישי שלכם. הגיבוי מנוהל על ידי Google או Apple לפי ההגדרות שלכם, ולמפתח אין אליו גישה. הסרת האפליקציה מוחקת את ההגדרות מהשעון.

צדדים שלישיים

האפליקציה לא כוללת ספריות של פרסום, אנליטיקה או מעקב, ולא מעבירה מידע לאף צד שלישי. ההורדה מ־Google Play או מ־App Store כפופה למדיניות הפרטיות של Google או של Apple, בהתאמה.

ילדים

האפליקציה מתאימה לכל הגילים. מאחר שלא נאסף שום מידע, לא נאסף גם מידע על ילדים.

שינויים במדיניות

אם המדיניות תשתנה, הגרסה המעודכנת תפורסם בעמוד זה עם תאריך עדכון חדש.

Privacy Policy: Birkon Watch

This policy applies to the "Birkon Watch" app (ברכון לשעון, package com.noam.birkon) for Wear OS watches and Apple Watch.

In short

Birkon Watch does not collect, store on any server, or share any personal information. The app runs entirely on the watch and has no internet access.

Information we collect

None. The app has no user accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and no crash reporting to a server. It does not have the internet permission, so it cannot send any data off the watch.

Permissions

• WAKE_LOCK (keep the screen on): so the screen does not turn off in the middle of reading, and for always-on (ambient) display support. The screen returns to its normal behavior after 10 minutes without any input.
• The app does not request location access. The location setting (Israel, Jerusalem, outside Israel, or automatic) is either chosen by you or derived on the watch from its time zone, to compute the Hebrew date and the sunset time.

What is stored on the watch

Your settings (nusach, location, font, text size and the last auto-scroll speed) are stored only on the watch, so they are kept for next time. If you have turned on device backup to your Google or iCloud account, the operating system may include these settings in your personal backup. That backup is managed by Google or Apple under your settings, and the developer has no access to it. Uninstalling the app deletes the settings from the watch.

Third parties

The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking libraries and passes no data to any third party. Downloading from Google Play or the App Store is subject to Google's or Apple's privacy policy, respectively.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Since no data is collected, no data about children is collected either.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
